Where are you located?

We are based at Aberconwy Resort & Spa, just outside the historic town of Conwy, North Wales. LL32 8GA

How do I book an appointment?

You can book by phone, email, or through our online booking system. Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time.

What treatments do you offer?

.We provide a wide range of beauty and relaxation treatments, including manicures, pedicures, facials, massages, and tailored spa packages.

Can I book a spa package as a gift?

Yes! Our spa packages make the perfect gift. Gift vouchers are available and can be customised for any occasion.

Is access to the pool facilities included with my treatment?

Yes spa package include complimentary use of the Langleys pool facilities as part of their visit. However, if you would like to add it onto your treatment there is an extra cost please let us know in advance.

How early should I arrive before my treatment?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early for spa packages ,to allow time to check in and unwind before your appointment. Please note if you are late this comes off your treatment time

Do you cater for group bookings or special occasions?

Absolutely! Whether it’s a birthday, hen party, or a friends’ spa day, we can create a bespoke package for your group.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ noticefor cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Is parking available at the resort?

Yes, there is free on-site parking for all spa guests.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we offer beautifully presented gift vouchers the perfect treat for someone special.
